Personalised therapy

I collaborate with clients from our first contact in order to tailor my approach to suit your needs and preferences.

We would start with a free 15-minute phone call to discuss how we could work together and to help you decide if therapy with me feels like the right fit for you.

Oxford in-person sessions

I see clients face-to-face in comfortable therapy rooms at The Wellbeing Clinic, which is conveniently situated in the centre of Headington, Oxford.

There is plenty of parking nearby, cycle racks outside, and many public transport links by bus from the city centre and from outside Oxford via Thornhill Park & Ride.

Please note that access includes one flight of stairs.

Online video sessions

I work online with adults across the UK using secure video call applications such as Zoom and Teams.

This means you can attend our sessions wherever it's convenient for you, offering flexibility to fit your schedule - whether you're at home, work or elsewhere.

Confidential and private

I uphold the ethics and principles of the British Psychological Society, the Health & Care Professions Council and UK GDPR to ensure my clients' personal data and the information that they share with me remains safe.

We would discuss confidentiality at the start of working together to clarify any questions you may have about it.

Fees and health insurance members

For each 50-minute therapy session, my fee is £100 online and £110 in-person.

In addition to seeing self-funding clients, I am a recognised provider for the UK's leading health insurance schemes: Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality and Cigna. I am also able to see members of Healix Health.

Length of therapy

Therapy is usually weekly, and we will plan together how many sessions we will meet for in total - based on your needs, availability and budget. Some people benefit from a short course of around 4 sessions, most people have between 6 to 12, and for some a longer course of up to 20 sessions may be needed to get to the root of things.

All the forms of therapy that I offer are relatively brief or time-limited, as per their evidence base and guidelines. This keeps us focused on your goals, and we will review progress regularly to ensure it meets your expectations.

Get in touch

I offer a free initial 15-minute phone call consultation to talk about your needs and how I can help - to book a time, use the button above or click here.
